Happy First Birthday Mason!!!

Happy Birthday Sweet Boy! We love you so much and are so blessed to have you in our family!
Always smiling!

Mommy's favorite picture of Mason. He's only a few hours old here, snuggling with Daddy in the hospital.

Just a few days beofre your debut! Look at that belly! Mommy and Daddy doing the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk! Mommy walked 37 miles over the three days!

October Disneyland

A fun day with the boys-we wiped hands incessantly to prevent us from getting sick since the boys did not have their H1N1 vaccines yet. Everytime we would touch anything we would go and wash, wipe with a wipe, or sanitize our hands (and the boys).
Riley loves Mick Mouse, but was not sure that he wanted to give him a big hug

Dumbo the flying "elphan" was a highlight of the day for Riley, followed closely by riding the rocket ships with Mommy. Mommy ended up DIZZY at the end, while Riley was crying because he wanted to ride them again!!!!

Attempting to pull the sword from the stone-no luck this time

Waiting in line very patiently with Uncle HC

Mason's First Halloween

What a fun Halloween. We started the day with a nice walk on the Boardwalk, then carved pumpkins, nap time for the boys (while mommy did homework and Daddy worked), then visiting time with family and a small dose of trick or treating. What a great day!

Big smiles by one of the many pumpkins we grew in our garden

Riley and Mason watching Daddy cut the tops off of the pumpkins.

Riley was okay looking in the pumpkins, but didn't want to help pull the seeds and pulp out of the middle. This was as close as he was willing to get.

Showing Daddy where to put the various parts of the face.

The Supervisor

Our adorable niece Alivia-dressed as Tinkerbell!

Ma-son (said with a French accent). Riley calls him this all the time for some reason, so we just ran with it for his Halloween costume.

Happy boy-even has the hat one still!

Daddy and his counterpart. Riley was Daddy and/or Grandpa, depending on when he was asked. He had a tool belt which he put the tools (aka candy) that he got from trick or treating into. We have never given him any candy, and didn't want to start tonight, so no need to tell him what they were really giving him. He thought it was fun to get stuff to put in his tool belt.

What's he measuring? Who knows?! But he loved his Riley-sized tape measurer.

Loving Bath Time! Only problem is he wants to stand up the whole time which is scary for mommy
Learning to walk...

Riley has been such a good big brother-he always wants to help with Mason's breathing treatments

Another example of Riley being the big helper-helping daddy sand the walls in our bathroom for a small remodel (and much needed one!).

And finally, exhibit 3, Riley helping Daddy wash his dirt bike after a day of riding at a track-note that his tricycle is out too because Riley decided it needed a "bath" too.

Okay, okay...it's been a while! I'm so far behind on keeping everybody up to date with the boys, but life has just been too crazy for me lately. Too much school and work and boys! Enjoy a few pics since my last post...

Learning to Drive

The boys "drove" Riley's car together today. Riley had been riding around in it and then asked for me to put Mason in with him, and pointed right next to him. They are really starting to play together now, for good or for bad. I love this!

End of Summer Fun

Crawling around even better now-still mostly "commando" style, but every once in a while now he gets up on his knees
At the beach with the masses on Labor Day-Mason enjoyed the sand if you can't tell

Mason and Riley with their good buddy Tyler

Enjoying some snuggling time with mommy at the park while Riley ran around like a maniac

Scared to death and wanting nothing to do with riding the ponies! Notice the guy in the background laughing at him! He was all excited for the ponies until daddy put him on it-we took him right back off-so much for waiting in line for 20 minutes!
